Brinnon Garrett Mandel

Brinnon Mandel has 15 years experience in program design, management, and innovation in public health and science and technology. Until 2016, Brinnon served as Director of the Innovations Program at Jhpiego, a global health affiliate of Johns Hopkins University where she led a multidisciplinary team to identify, develop, and deploy promising solutions for global health impact. Prior to that role, Brinnon worked in Family Planning and HIV/AIDS programs in the Caribbean and Africa in program roles and business development with public and private sector partners and corporate engagement for academic and non-profit organizations. Brinnon continues to collaborate with partners and clients bridging her interest in the intersection of business, human and environmental health, and creative strategies for feasible and impactful solutions. She has an MPH and MBA from Johns Hopkins University, is fluent in Spanish, and has worked in Latin America, Africa, and Asia.
